FORGE Watch

I designed a metal case around the Sensor Watch, an open-source circuit board compatible with the Casio F91W.

The case geometry balances board fit, wrist proportions, and the constraints of machining layered steel.

I developed the case in Fusion 360, oriented the damascus layers around its form, and built the CAM strategy for milling the billet.

The case is a functional prototype. The remaining work is refining the polish and etch to reveal the layered pattern while preserving the machined edges.
