Modular construction

Three interlocking layers fold into card slots and a cash pocket. Layers can be added or removed to change the capacity.

Fabrication

The flat components are designed for laser cutting or CNC routing from sheet materials. Assembly uses folds and interlocking features rather than adhesives.
